1. Select the desired tour
  2. Check availability in the Calander and reserve here or go to Reserve tour.
  3. You will receive email of payment details. Official booking will be upon payment of 20,000jpy by credit card and the day will be reserved for you. In few days you should confirm in the Calander with your reservation#. The remaining will be paid only by cash upon meeting you first on the tour day.
    Once the 20,000jpy is paid it will not be refunded if canceled. But understand circumstances can happen at last moment and will offer 20,000jpy discount if you reserve tour within one year from your cancelation. Please ensure to keep the email if you may cancel at last moment.
  4. If you have selected customized tour with advance reservation required, food requirement and any preparation required in advance will be in contact by Whatsapp, phone to discuss and arrange for you in advance.
  5. Will be in contact with you by email 3days in advance to confirm flight/plans are as planned.
  6. Will see you on the day at Hotel/Station in Nagoya.
  7. Balance of tour to be paid by cash before tour begins
  8. Ready for the ride of your special tour

    NOTE: If the date is fixed arriving on cruise ship etc. where you cannot adjust the date, please complete booking at least 2months in advance if you want to be sure of the booking.
